Avalon's Only Waterfront Beach House!

You can throw a stone into the water from our spacious 65 foot wide wrap around deck with spectacular, sweeping views across the harbor, the beach, the town and the ocean. This is the ideal place for dining, drinks, entertaining, sunbathing, playing cards or simply watching the world go by.

We are superbly located just steps away from the beaches, shopping, restaurants, bars and all the many recreational activities and great sightseeing tours which are available. We are also a very short, level walk from where the boat docks.

Our vacation home is a 3 story property with retail stores on the ground floor. The larger Middle Unit (14 steps up - no elevator) is a 4 bedroom 3 bath with two sofa beds, which sleeps up to a maximum of 11 people with children.

The Top Unit, an additional 15 steps up, is a 1 bedroom 1 bath and sleeps a maximum of 4 people with the sofa bed.

These units can be rented seperately or together to accomodate up to 15 people for large family gatherings.
