      Rates do not include 12% Avalon Bed Tax + Cleaning
       Fees of $100 Middle Unit ($65 Top) + Refundable Security 
       Deposit of $100-$200. Higher rates apply during major 
       holidays and special event weekends. 

       No Pets and No Smoking allowed inside.
       Sorry, but this is our family vacation home and it is not
       our policy to rent out to fraternity/sorority; bachelor/
       bachelorette; 21st birthday parties; etc.
