This luxury built European inspired residence features 1 bedroom; separate living room; gourmet kitchen; separate den/game room and 2.5 baths all on 3 floors! Over 1250 SqFt of upscale accomodations.
On the ground floor is the den/game room with new 37" TV and DVD player and a FULL bath. On the second floor is the living room with new queen sofa bed and gas fireplace, 1/2 bath and gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a small eating area. On the top floor is the master bedroom with new queen bed and sumptuous master bath with oversized Jacuzzi tug; double sinks and separate shower and toilet room.
On the second and third floor landings are French doors which open against balcony pillars offering light, fresh air and partial views.
Unlike typical 1 bedroom units which have only 1 bathroom and a sleeper sofa right in the middle on the living room, Vernazza offers you 2.5 baths and separate sleeping quarters on both the 2nd and 3rd floors, assuring the quests comfort and privacy. You do not have to 'walk right thru' other guests in order to use the bathroom; access the kitchen or even go outside. Therefore the Vernazza is ideal for 1-2 couples or a family with 1-2 children. 4 people maximum - no exceptions. Unfortunately this residence is not suitable for infants and young toddlers. Children age 6 and older are welcome.
The Vernazza residence is located at 357 Clemente, at the upper end of 'the flats' and 3 short blocks from the waterfront in a quiet residential area. Yet it is only a 4-8 minute walk away from the beaches, shops, restaurants, golf course, bars, miniature golf and all the various sightseeing tours available.
The Vernazza is a brand new vacation offering in 2010 and will be much in demand once word gets out. Our rates reflect special introductory pricing so act fast to get the dates you want. Compare the features and rates of this luxurious rental with any other upscale 1 bedroom condo; especially Hamilton Cove where prices run 30-60% higher. As with our other Catalina vacation properties, there is NO SMOKING allowed inside and NO pets.
