This family owned vacation home offers you the BEST location in town; only steps away from the sand and swimming, shopping, restaurants and bars and all the recreational activities and many sightseeing tours. We are also a very short, level stroll from where the ferry docks.
Located 15 steps up from the middle unit is this cozy and charming 1 bedroom 1 bath unit. It features a separate bedroom with queen bed and plenty of closet space and a bathroom with stall shower. There is a small, but fully contained kitchen with plates, utensils, cookware, microwave and new refrigerator and stove. In the living room is a queen sleeper sofa bed, as well as TV with cable; DVD/VCR player and CD/FM stereo. For eating there are 3 bar stools at the breakfast counter plus a table for 4 on the front deck.
There are 2 sliding glass doors which provide plenty of light and wonderful views of the beach, the town and the harbor. The front facing slider opens out onto the front deck with a great view of the famous Casino and all the surroundings. The second slider opens onto the side deck with more views and a gas grill. BBQ and dine on the deck while you enjoy spectacular views.
